Otak is one of the largest engineering / architectural firms in the Portland area. Renovation of their original 1960’s Lake Oswego corporate headquarters interior included a project scope that met the new program requirements used to redefine the entry / reception area, community room, and open office pods. The warmth of stone and wood elements are contrasted with a backdrop of glass, steel and deep tone wall colors, blending traditional materials in a distinctive update that both reflects and incorporates the firm’s sleek new image.
